Advent 2016 Calendar
“We long for your coming, O God.”
These words will lead Mass each Sunday during Advent as we begin a new liturgical year for the Church.
Advent is a time to prepare the way for the Lord, especially our hearts and minds. Leading up to the celebration of Christmas, there are a number of events at Corpus Christi and in our deanery during the next few weeks that will help you do just that.
“In your love you have sent your Son, your salvation for every one; Word incarnate, God’s compassion, hope for humankind, hope for humankind.”

Sacrament of Reconciliation:
- Tuesdays at 7 p.m. at Corpus Christi
- Dec. 11th at 3 p.m. at Gesu Parish, 2049 Parkside Blvd.
- Dec. 18th at 3 p.m. at Regina Coeli Parish, 530 Regina Parkway
Masses for Immaculate Conception, Dec. 8th:
- Noon and 7:30 p.m. at Corpus Christi
- Noon at the Health Science Campus (HEB, Room 110)
Pre-Christmas Candlelight Mass:
Sunday, Dec. 11th at 8 p.m. with prelude music beginning at 7:30 p.m. Learn more.
Pancake Power Breakfast:
Monday, Dec. 12th for UT Students. 10 p.m.-midnight.
Free pancakes and sausage to get you through a night of studying!
Christmas Mass Schedule:
- Christmas Eve at 10 p.m.
- Christmas Day at 11 a.m.
