Walk for Water
Clean Water for The World has set the date for the Walk for Water 5k – Sunday, October 16th, 2022! Registration begins at 1:30 PM and the walk begins at 2:00 PM on UT’s campus by the Student Union Fountain. The student chapter of the organization needs help with collecting empty water or milk gallon jugs for the 5k. The gallon jugs will be filled with water and participants in the 5k will carry them on the route to simulate the lives of thousands of people around the world who do not have access to clean water.
Please bring your empty 1/2-1 gallon jugs to CCUP before October 15 and drop them off in the Classroom (to the right of the restrooms).
